Scope:
It covers all business operations, processes and services within KKI

Desription:
Comprehensive procedures responsible for formulating, updating, implementing and monitoring business continuity strategy plans – plans include information assets and business processes risk assessment and disaster recovery plans have been developed

Controls are proposed to ensure continuity of business operations in risk assessment plans of business processes called BCP

In case of a disaster as a result of defined controls failure(s), a Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), developed as a part of the BCP, comes into action

Departmental heads and the remaining staff are educated and trained about their responsibilities and duties viz.a viz. BCP and DRPs

The testing and maintenance of BCP plans, which also involves training exercises is being carried out on a regular basis
