Chief Executive Officer
CEO or the owner of the company overall monitors the system and under his supervision Information Security Officer (ISO) and Head of the Departments carries out all the activities. CEO performs understated responsibilities:

Approving authority for each and every system in ISMS.

Possesses a strategic vision of the system and approves the risk treatment chosen to mitigate it to the acceptable level by the organization.

Can only access the highly confidential and strategic information asset

Responsible for establishing the Information Security Forum (ISF)

Chairs the Information Security Forum

Selects the Information Security Officer (ISO)

Provides guidance to ISO in every matter
