strong system of scrutiny. The marketing officers first
scrutinize the data that they have received from their
clients before finalizing the deal and the transaction. The
following fields of the data are specially scrutinized:

If the client is purchasing an amount above the
limit of $10, 000/-

The account number of the bank in which the
funds are being transferred here in Pakistan

The account number of the bank from where funds
are coming to Pakistan

The passport and the validation of the VISA if
the client wants to purchase TCs

No amount is handed over to the receiver here in
Pakistan without confirming his / her ID number or
whichever number is mentioned there in the
information given by the sender

In case of a DD, the name of the beneficiary
against whom the draft is being drawn

In case of TC, if the customer wants to purchase
TC of different currencies in one single
transaction
