called Home Remittance. |

What is the overall procedure of this service? |
|
The customer goes to the
money transmitter who is KKI’s correspondent abroad
and submits the money which is processed by the money
transmitter to KKI which is then send to the beneficiary who
is in Pakistan.

No, KKI have no International Branches to execute home
remittances but it is in special agreement with the
International money transmitters who are our Correspondents
Abroad.

The international
correspondent resided in the listed countries send the money
to KKI which is then given to the beneficiary.

Once the money is transferred to the KKI branch from the
customers International Correspondent the beneficiary
receives the call from the KKI branch to collect his/her
payment.

Does KKI offer any special services to the beneficiaries
as well? |
|
Yes, KKI offers special
services to the beneficiaries like;
1. Home Delivery.
2. Cash Collection.
3. Beneficiary's Bank A/C

Does the beneficiary receives full payment or some
deduction is made? |
|
For KKI special services
there is no deduction made but in case of the bank
involvement there is a possibility of deduction in the
payment.

How fast is the Procedure? |
|
For the delivery of the
demand drafts coming from outside Pakistan are delivered to
the customer the same day by 6’o clock in the evening or the
next day. The validity for the usage of Demand Draft is from
6 months to 1 year. And for telegraphic transfer coming from
out side Pakistan is delivered with in 24 hours.

Can a payment get delayed in reaching the beneficiary? |
|
No delay is made on
behalf of KKI. It is upto the beneficiary in terms of cash
collection.
