KKI is a first exchange company of Pakistan who had realized the importance of Internal Audit function with in an organization and to fulfil such objective KKI has hired competent auditors, who determines the adequacy, efficiency and effectiveness of the Internal Control Structure based on the policies & procedures defined by the management.

The department reviews the reliability and integrity of financial and operational information, ensure the compliance of policies, procedures, rules and regulations, review the means of safeguarding the assets of the company and the economy and efficiency with which resources are employed, review operations or programs to determine whether results and outcomes are consistent with established objectives and goals (performance measurement).

The department also participates in the development of relevant information systems and provide advisory services for system components as required or requested to ensure fiscal and administrative integrity of the Organization
