Outward Remittance Department (ORD) is dealing with the out going remittances that are Telegraphic Transfer and demand drafts. This service is carried out on receipt of request from the customers through branches. All require information including a copy of CNIC is obtained from the client and a form is filled and signs by the clients to further process in the matter accordingly (This procedure is directly relevant to branch offices and outward remittance department at corporate office).

OBJECTIVE

To offer outward remittance services through the following two modes of transfers:

a. Demand Draft
b. Telegraphic Transfer

Main objective of ORD is to satisfy its clients to use available special software in service delivery for efficient processing of a customer’s request as far as feasible and practically is possible. For this purpose, working between branches and corporate office is online.

MODES OF TRANSFER

KKI offers outward remittance services through the following two modes of transfers:

1. Demand Draft (DD)
2. Telegraphic Transfer (TT)

A DD is a written order issued by a bank or an exchange company to its clients to pay stated amount in national or international currency to a named beneficiary. TT is a swifter mode of fund transfer in which fund is directly remitted to the beneficiary’s account.
